Ordering / Delivery

At Fireprotect we try to make business as easy as possible. When you have decided to place an order, we need written confirmation of your requirements and your delivery and invoice address. either by fax or email.

Once we have received this, we will process your order quickly and on most items, your order can be dispatched next day. Delivery charges are calculated individually, due to the huge variations in weight and volume.

We can accept payment by any of these methods :-

Cheque

Once we have received a cheque, we must wait for it to clear, this usually take 4-5 working days.


BACS

This payment can be made directly into our bank account; we can release the goods once the payment has cleared, normally 2 days.


Paypal / Credit Card / Debit Card

If you chose this method, you will receive an email with a Paypal money request from Fireprotect (Chester) Ltd. You can chose to pay this using either you Paypal account, or by securely putting in your credit / debit card details. This method normally clears instantly.

There is a 2% surcharge for using this facility.


Set up an account

If you wish to order on a regular basis and would like a 30 day account, you will need to fill in an account application form, which is available to download below. The first three orders are generally proforma whilst we set up the account for you.
